Christchurch's Mayor has taken it upon himself to move an abandoned trailer, after months of inaction by his council

The Press reports Aranui residents complained 20 times about the trailer blocking views from their homes since mid last year.

In a video posted to Facebook, Phil Mauger tows the truck down Cuthberts Road, away from the disgruntled residents.
