New Zealand exported more than 25 billion dollars worth of goods and services in the September quarter

New Zealand exported more than 25 billion dollars worth of goods and services in the September quarter

That's up on the same period a year ago - which saw us export 22.3 billion dollars worth - but less than both this year's March and June quarters.

China was the top export destination - with Australia overtaking the US for second place.

Overall imports climbed above 29 billion dollars - bringing the total two-way trade for the quarter to 55.7 billion dollars.
