Katie Price's new husband Lee Andrews believes he is the "most hated man in Britain"

The 47-year-old former glamour model wed Lee, her fourth husband, in Dubai late last month just days after they met for the first time, and the happy couple are gearing up to jet off on honeymoon in a few days.

Ahead of their romantic getaway, Lee took to social media to insist he is not banned from leaving the United Arab Emirates city.

He shared a screengrab, which he said is from a "police UAE application", to prove to followers "there is no travel ban".

He said on his Instagram Stories: "Oh guys, I've never really been one to explain myself but there's a lot of fake news going around so I better say something.

"I'm going to share on the next story, after this one, that there is no travel ban, directly from the police UAE application.

"It's my profile. You can check those statuses, you can check any fines you've got, fines relating to traffic etc, and also if you're allowed to travel.

"Allow me to share that. It's not fabricated, I'm going on my honeymoon in a few days, guys, so definitely not on a travel ban."

Despite believing he is one of the most hated people in the UK, after he was inundated with attention from new followers after his and Katie's surprise nuptials, Lee insisted he is in the "happiest moment" of his entire life, and he can't wait for his upcoming honeymoon.

He added: "I'm in the happiest moment of my life.

"I'm looking forward, with my person, my human, to going on my honeymoon.

"It is exclusive, so I can't talk about it, and you'll see it.

"Thank you so much. I know I'm probably the most hated man in Britain, but half of this stuff is not even true."

Katie's latest marriage came as a shock to many, including her friend Kerry Katona.

The Atomic Kitten singer joked her pal - who has previously been married three times to singer Peter Andre, 52, cage fighter Alex Reid, 51, and former exotic dancer Kieran Hayler, 38 - is "absolutely bonkers" for tying the knot again.

In her column for new! magazine, Kerry - who has been married three times - explained: "Katie Price has got married for the fourth time, she says she's met her Richard Gere.

"As Katie's friend I absolutely love and support her no matter what she does - but she's absolutely bonkers.

"Kate just wants to be loved. But, for me personally, I wouldn't have got married. When I do get proposed to I want to make sure it's forever."
