    Fire and Emergency says it has responded to a fatal fire in Auckland's Otahuhu


    Two crews were called about 9 last night to a find a 4-by-2 metre structure well alight.

    Assistant Commander Chris Delfos says the fatal fire appears to have occurred in a sleepout.

    He says they did not have any indication of people trapped in the building - but crews found a body while extinguishing the fire.
