An international study finds older adults on multivitamins show smaller changes to their DNA-based epigenetic clock.
It shows after two years of daily use, two measures of ageing were slowed in a tiny way.
Massey University nutrition researcher Lisa Te Morenga says it's not a magic pill, and people should still eat well and keep up healthy practices.
She says people probably won't notice the effects, and it's only changing markers of health risk.
