The Black Foils are refusing to put their focus on their championship rivals in tonight's opening day of the SailGP season finale in Abu Dhabi

New Zealand are second in the standings - needing to stay in the top three after six fleet races to advance to the grand final.

With four contenders vying for three final spots, sailor Liv Mackay says focusing on themselves will be key.

Opening day of racing gets underway at 11pm.
