Parliament's approving major changes to employment law

MPs have voted for a Bill to scrap a requirement giving all workers cover by a collective agreement in their first 30 days.
Legislation also brings in a salary cap for personal grievance claims - meaning those earning more than 200-thousand dollars will not have an automatic right to lodge a claim.
