Harry Jowsey had Botox injections in his penis to improve his sex life

The Too Hot To Handle star underwent the procedure after learning one of his friends had done the same, and explained it "relaxes the muscle" in order to improve performance in the bedroom.

Speaking on his Boyfriend Material podcast, he said: "I actually did get Botox in it. One of my friends did it. He got stem cells and Botox and calcium.

    "[The procedure] relaxes the muscle.

"It's very smooth now, which is good. [I got] a whole vial.

"Apparently, it makes things a little easier to get the job done.

"You can [also] do it in your balls. It smooths out the wrinkles, but because it relaxes the muscle and you're getting stem cells injected into it and calcium."

Harry stressed he hadn't had the substance injected into his testicles but added: "Women can get it in their hoo-ha."

The 28-year-old reality star previously confessed to having had Botox injected into his forehead "a little bit" to smooth out the skin, as well as undergoing regular microneedling treatments.

Speaking on the Good Guys podcast in 2023, he said: "They take a bunch of needles and they put them in a tattoo gun, essentially.

"It puts a bunch of holes in your face and you're bleeding, but it pulls the collagen up.

"I was like, 'Oh I should do this because I have a lot of redness and dimples and stuff.'"

Last summer, Kristin Cavallari admitted she has a special connection with the former Dancing With the Stars contestant and thinks he is "the sweetest".

Speaking during the Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, she shared: "Harry Jowsey, I see a little bit of me in him.

"He's kind of misrepresented too because he has this reputation of being this sort of playboy, not the best rep. But, when you get to know him, he's the sweetest."

Kristin - who was married to former NFL star Jay Cutler between 2013 and 2022 - also revealed that she enjoys flirting with Harry.

The Very Cavallari star said: "Listen, I'm always open to flirting, let's put it that way."

Asked during her tour if there was any "underlying sexual tension with Harry", Kristin replied: "How do I want to answer this? Um ..."
