The Public Service Association says the cyber attack impacting health patient portal Manage My Health shows the risks of Government job cuts

Manage My Health - New Zealand's largest personal health portal - has confirmed unauthorised access to its systems.
It contains the private health records of around 1.8 million users, with more than 100-thousand New Zealanders possibly affected.
PSA National Secretary Fleur Fitzsimons says the Government cut the jobs of many IT experts safeguarding the public health system.
She says it happened before - but the government's failed to heed warnings.
