Paris Hilton has been talking to Britney Spears about making some "fun music" together

Paris told Attitude magazine: "We were talking about doing some fun music. And I was just with her recently talking about music again.

"So, we'll see what happens. We'll see. That would literally be the most iconic thing ever. That would be a dream come true."

The socialite went on to name 2007 album Blackout as her favourite Britney album, adding: "It was just her being her. And she is one of the strongest women I know. She's the ultimate pop princess icon, with the biggest heart. That album is just so bada**."

It comes after Paris admitted she has bonded with Britney over the "trauma'" they both experienced back in the 2000s - declaring it has made them both "so strong".

During an appearance on the I've Never Said This Before with Tommy DiDario podcast, the host asked Paris if she has spoken to Britney about their "shared trauma" and she replied: "Yeah. I was just with Britney a few weeks ago for her birthday in Mexico and we were just talking about how cruel and mean-spirited people were back then.

"I feel like she is someone that can relate to that. There are very few people you can you relate to on that level on experiencing that. It has made us both so strong."

Paris also spoke about her own experiences of life if in the limelight back then and admitted it felt very "isolating".

She said: "Back then it was entertainment to tear down women. It was very isolating. Because not many people would even understand how it was to be treated that way. It was just so normalised. It was just a normal thing they would do.

"If I were to go back and speak to my younger self I would say: 'Paris you're going to go through a lot in life and sometimes it's going to be so difficult and scary and hard. It's going to be a lot but one day its going to be worth it because you're going to inspire millions of people, you're going to create a blueprint and turn your pain into your purpose and help save the lives of children and women and survivors all around the world.'"

She went on to add: "I feel like if you can survive the 2000s ... everything I went through ... I can survive anything."
