Air New Zealand's nationwide fleet of ATR 72 planes have been grounded due to an IT glitch

Air New Zealand's nationwide fleet of ATR 72 planes have been grounded due to an IT glitch

The airline has confirmed an issue is impacting the "take-off software" for the regional planes this morning.

A passenger at Tauranga airport says their flight has been delayed by at least an hour.

Air New Zealand's David Morgan says a solution is being rolled out across the network, and flights have begun to depart.
