A 19-year-old has been arrested at the border, accused of importing large amounts of meth from Vancouver

1 December 2025

The teen arrived yesterday allegedly carrying more than 15-kg of the drug in his checked luggage.

He's appearing in Manukau District Court today charged with importing the Class A controlled drug.

It carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
