    A 22 year old man's due in Manukau District Court on Friday after a crash in Auckland's Penrose yesterday - that killed an immigrant Filipino tradie


    A fleeing driver evading police hit two other cars on Great South Road - critically injuring himself and one other.

    It's alleged he crossed the centre line and he's been charged with reckless driving causing death and injury.

    The driver and another person remain in hospital.

    Police are still investigating and have informed the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
