General Hospital's Adrian Anchondo is dating Days of Our Lives star Colton Little

Adrian, 42, shared a video of him and Colton, 36, sharing a midnight smooch on New Year's on his Instagram Stories, as well as several adorable shots and clips of them enjoying each other's company during a festive getaway to Puerto Rico and Florida.

Adrian - who plays Marco Rios on General Hospital - captioned the media carousel with: "This Christmas made my heart pop. Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida."

Colton - who portrays Andrew Donovan on Days of Our Lives - also uploaded the video of him and Adrian's New Year's kiss to his Instagram Stories, and penned across the footage: "Magic @ Midnight with the sweetest boy (sic)."

In a separate Instagram post, Adrian reflected on 2025 - which he described as "one of the most important years of my life".

Captioning a series of photos and videos that summarised the year, Adrian continued: "From getting my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, to fulfilling a dream of working as a regular on a tv show.

"I traveled the world, I lost people I've loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible.

"I'm proud of myself and am so ready for what this next year will bring. Sharing my photos and videos to all of you, including some of my work on GH since it shaped so much of this year. Love to you all (sic)."

Elsewhere, Adrian and Colton recently said how proud they are to play LGBTQIA+ characters on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives, respectively.

Appearing on a June 2025 episode of the Grue Rume Show podcast, Adrian - whose General Hospital alter ego Marco is in a relationship with Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) - said: "I feel very blessed. I feel very grateful for this opportunity.

"I love the character [and] there's so many layers. You'll see coming soon [that] his story gets deeper, and the more I'm on it, the more relationships I make with different characters. That just keeps spreading and making the character more interesting."

And Adrian and Van, 44, have formed a solid friendship since playing love interests.

Adrian added: "He's so great. I mean, I honestly see him beyond the show.

"Our friendship is growing and growing, and it's been really nice. He's almost like a mentor to me now because he is someone [who is] very experienced in soaps.

"If I'm feeling down about myself or had a rough day, he normalised a lot of what I'm feeling. It's just so good to have someone on my side."

Meanwhile, Colton and Days of Our Lives co-star Christopher Sean, 40, made history in June 2025 as their characters, Andrew and Paul Narita, respectively, had the soap's first same-sex wedding.

According to US Weekly, Colton wrote on Instagram that month: "I'm very grateful ... that this show has given me steady work for three years. I'm also grateful, as a gay man, I had the chance to show LOVE in a way that is authentic to my experience. (sic)"

He ended with: "Teenage Colton who ... felt isolated and scared needed to see representation like this. I'm PROUD to represent that for someone who may need it today. (sic)"
