Katie Price has got engaged for the ninth time

The 47-year-old former glamour model has revealed that she is engaged to a new mystery man, just a week after she split from her former partner JJ Slater.

Katie had flown out to Dubai with her new partner earlier this week and took to Instagram on Friday (23.01.26) to reveal news of her engagement as she showed off her giant ring and teased a glimpse of her new man.

The star shared an array of snaps as she posed by a sea of red roses spelling out, 'Will you marry me Katie?'.

Katie also showed off her partner's hand, which has a fresh tattoo of her name inked on, and revealed that the pair were celebrating with champagne, strawberries and chocolate cake.

The star, who was known by the pseudonym Jordan during her glamour modelling days, claimed that her "Richard gear swept off my feet" and added "manifesting does work" as she shared a photo of the Burj Al Arab hotel with a ring emoji.

Price has previously been engaged eight times and has been married on three occasions to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler respectively.

She was also engaged to Warren Furman, Scott Sullivan, Leandro Penna, Kris Boyson and Carl Woods, although they never made it down the aisle with her.

Katie split with Married at First Sight UK star JJ earlier this month and had cryptically hinted about meeting the "right person" on her Instagram Story last week.

The first quote read: "They say falling in love takes time. But it's not true. Falling in love only takes the right person - the one who knows exactly what you need, without having to ask."

The star also shared another post about recognising your soulmate and the "divine" signs a person will notice when they meet the love of their life.

A separate quote read: "My mum always says when you meet the male version of yourself is when you meet the love of your life."

Katie's engagement comes after her recent health struggles as she revealed that she was having tests to get to the bottom of her weight loss.

Referring to recent pictures of herself, the mother-of-five told her sister Sophie on her The Katie Price Show podcast: "I know I look gaunt - hence why I'm going to the doctors tomorrow.

"I don't know how many times I have to say people, 'Yes I know I've lost weight', and there's obviously a reason, I said it to the doctor. We all know that we're trying to sort it all out and as soon as I know then I'll let everyone know."
