Expelled Te Pati Maori MP Mariameno Kapa-Kingi says her expulsion was bogus - as she fights to have it ruled void

The High Court at Wellington is hearing her injunction application today - after she was expelled for being over her office budget - and bringing the party into disrepute.
But Kapa-Kingi's lawyer Mike Colson alleges evidence shows the party's co-leaders were over budget too.
Colson says the party's relying on conduct by her son, Eru Kapa-Kingi, to allege she brought the party into disrepute - but she can't be held responsible for that.
Te Pati Maori's lawyer, Davey Salmon, will reply this afternoon.
