The Breakers admit they'll go into their Australian NBL opener tonight behind the eight ball

The New Zealanders start their campaign against the Adelaide 36ers, who have already played three regular season games.

The Breakers have only had a few pre-season outings, and captain Tom Abercrombie says while Adelaide has the advantage, they'll utilise any benefits they can get.

    Tip-off from Adelaide's at 9:30.
