    Police are speaking with two people as they investigate a child dying in Kaikohe almost nine years ago


    Four-year-old Alestra Kepa-Hati's death in October 2015 has never been explained.

    Northland Police say they continue to investigate the circumstances leading to her death.

    They're asking people who saw Alestra, or had involvement with her two younger siblings between late August and October 2, 2015, to come forward.
