    Four-in-a-row for American golfer Scottie Scheffler after yet again being named the PGA Tour's Player of the Year


    The world number one's six victories in 2025 included the PGA Championship and British Open.

    Scheffler's told ESPN the significance of the PGA Tour gong - known as the Jack Nicklaus award - is the acknowledgement from his fellow players.



    Scheffler joins Tiger Woods as the only players to win the award four or more consecutive times.
