The 45-year-old star has taken to social media to dec lare her support for the organisation, which advances and defends the rights and opportunities of low-income immigrants in the US.

Kim wrote on X: "In response to the recent tragic deaths of Alex Pretti, Renee Good, Silverio Villegas Gonzalez and Keith Porter Jr. and other victims, I stand in solidarity with calls for accountability and compassionate immigration enforcement. I stand with the families and children nationwide who are facing separation, fear, trauma, and loss amid these actions.

Kim - who has a huge following on social media - previously insisted that she's "not about politics at all".

The reality TV star has visited the White House in the past and has campaigned for criminal justice reform in the US - but Kim insisted that she's "just about doing the right thing" rather than becoming involved in party politics.

The brunette beauty - who successfully lobbied US President Donald Trump for the release of Alice Marie Johnson, a grandmother who was serving life for a non-violent drug offence - told W Magazine: "I really don't care about the criticism.

"I mean, my reputation over someone's life? Destroy me then. I really don't care. It was not even an option. And he did the right thing."

Kim insisted that she just wants to bring about reform of the criminal justice system in America.

She said: "I'm just about doing the right thing. I'm really not about politics at all. It's really about the people inside and if I can do anything - no matter if it's Obama, Biden, Trump, I'm willing to work with anybody."
