    Police have named a man killed in an altercation in New Plymouth last month - as 68-year-old Martin James Mooney


    He died at St Aubyn Street, on the night of November 19.

    A man's been charged with murder and remanded in custody to appear at the High Court in New Plymouth on Friday.
