A former charitable trust boss is alleged to have taken more than 2.1-million-dollars from three organisations

The Serious Fraud Office has filed charges against Matekino Marshall - who's alleged to have taken more than 1.4 -million-dollars while chairing the Port Waikato Community Health and Support Services Trust.
He also allegedly misappropriated almost 550-thousand-dollars while CEO of the Ngati Tamaoho Trust.
Marshall also faces charges in relation to the alleged misappropriation of 120-thousand from a separate organisation - which was later repaid - and using a forged document to keep his VIP membership at SkyCity Casino.
He's pleaded not guilty to all charges.
