    Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox is looking forward to some restrictions easing inside his European PGA Tour bubble


    After a top 15 finish at the Hero Open, Fox is preparing for his next event the English Open starting on Thursday.

    Players have only been allowed to dine with their caddies since the Tour's resumption.

    But that's changing this week.
