    A third man facing charges over alleged historical sex abuse at Auckland's Dilworth School has died


    The man had name suppression, so police won't confirm or comment on his identity.

    He's the second accused to die this week.

    79-year-old Rex Clarence McIntosh died on Monday - of pneumonia and kidney disease

    He had denied charges of indecent assault of boys between 1972 and 1980.
