    The man accused of abducting four year old Cleo Smith from a Western Australian campsite in October has pleaded guilty to child stealing


    36-year-old Terrence Kelly appeared in court today via video link from his Perth prison -- admitting to taking the child from her family's tent.

    He'll face a sentencing hearing later this year

    Cleo went missing on October 16 and was found in Kelly's home 18 days later.
