He's been named at five-eighth - partnering Te Maire Martin in the halves as part of a makeshift line-up.
Nicoll-Klokstad feels his role at six will be similar to playing at the back.
Kickoff is at 4.
Meanwhile - off the field - criminal trouble for a Panthers player ahead of this afternoon's clash.
Winger Taylan May's been arrested in Sydney earlier this morning - charged with assault and two counts of stalking or intimidating.
May's been stood down by Penrith - but not suspended by the NRL under its no- fault stand-down policy.
