The Black Caps are refusing to get carried away after a 78-run win over Pakistan in their ODI tri-series opener in Lahore

The Black Caps are refusing to get carried away after a 78-run win over Pakistan in their ODI tri-series opener in Lahore

The mini-tournament - also featuring South Africa - is being used as preparation for the Champions Trophy later this month.

Black Caps all-rounder Glenn Phillips says it's important the team stays grounded.

The team will monitor Rachin Ravindra over the coming days, after the all-rounder took a ball to the head while attempting a catch at deep mid-wicket.
