    Highlanders coach Jamie Joseph is refusing to give up on his young squad ahead of tonight's Super Rugby Pacific meeting with the Fijian Drua in Dunedin


    The Southern Men are currently on a four-game losing streak, falling to ninth on the table in the process.

    Joseph acknowledges there are growing pains, but is confident his team can turn their season around.
