Expectations Government moves to cut red tape - could save hospitality businesses money

The Ministry for Regulation has kicked off a six-month dive into the rules applied to most venues.
Minister-in-charge, David Seymour, says it makes no sense for them to vary widely in each district..
Hospitality NZ Advocacy Head, Sam MacKinnon, says having fewer rules would reduce compliance costs and improve productivity.
He says when you spend time wading through regulation it takes time from focusing on growing your business.
