    Police are still searching for an offender, after a person was left in a critical condition from a gunshot wound in Auckland's Papakura early this morning


    It happened on Maadi Place just after 2.30am.

    Police say those involved are believed to know each other, and they don't believe there is an ongoing risk to the community.
