    Six people have been involved in separate water-related incidents across the country this afternoon


    A swimmer remains missing in the Waikato River after they were reported struggling in the water near Graham Island about 3:30.

    One person's in a critical condition in North Shore Hospital after getting into trouble in the water in Mahurangi East.

    One person is in a moderate condition in Waitakere Hospital after being rescued on Piha Beach around 8.30 this evening.

    Another's in a serious condition in Nelson Hospital after they were pulled from the water in Riwaka.

    In Akaroa, 1 person drowned around 1.15; another drowned in the river on the eastern side of the Kaimai Range near Poripori Road, just before three.
