They've suffered an eight-wicket loss in the final to hosts Hobart, who clinched their first title.
The Hurricanes went past the Scorchers total of 137 with five overs remaining - South African batter Lizelle Lee anchoring the chase with an unbeaten 77 off 44 balls.
