That came thanks to a superb unbeaten century from opener Amelia Kerr, as the Blaze made 184 for two, surpassing the 160-run threshold for an extra point.
In reply, the Hearts were all out for 135 with one ball remaining.
Kerr carried her bat, finishing on 106 not out, while fellow opener Georgia Plimmer also scored a half century, making 62.
