    Police are inspecting two homes on a property in Bay of Plenty's Pukehina - after the deaths of two people


    A 50-year-old man has been charged with assault of a person in a family relationship, after a woman died at the Old Coach Road address yesterday afternoon.

    A man's body was found in unexplained circumstances at a separate house on the same property just after 2 this morning.

    Detective Senior Sergeant Paul Wilson says further arrests or charges may come.

    Police want to speak with anyone who visited the address between 7pm New Year's Eve and 3am today.
