Timothée Chalamet proclaimed his love for girlfriend Kylie Jenner as he picked up the Best Actor accolade at this year's Critics Choice Awards

After praising his team, his fellow nominees, and his Marty Supreme director, Josh Safdie, in his acceptance speech, Chalamet turned his attentions to his partner.

He said: "And lastly, I'll just say, thank you to my partner of three years.

"Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much."

In the audience, Kylie, 28, could be seen mouthing back: "I love you, too."

The romantic moment came after the couple had kissed when it was announced Chalamet had scored victory.

Earlier in his speech, Chalamet thanked Safdie for creating a "dream" role for him.

He told him: "Thanks for crafting a role and a story.

"You know, Josh, you made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream, and you didn't preach to the audience about what's right and wrong. I think we should all be telling stories like that. Thank you for this dream."

Marty Supreme tells the story of US table tennis player and shoe salesman Marty Reisman, who dreams of triumphing in the British Open and defeating defending Hungarian champion Bela Kletzki.

Critics Choice Awards 2026 was also a huge night for Jacob Elordi, who won his first major acting award when he took home Best Supporting Actor for Frankenstein.

Elordi saw off competition from One Battle After Another pair Benicio del Toro and Sean Penn, Hamnet's Paul Mescal, Jay Kelly star Adam Sandler, and Sentimental Value's Stellan Skarsgard.

He said in his acceptance speech: "Bloody hell. I really didn't plan for it.

"Thank you, Guillermo del Toro. I love you. We all love you. You made my dreams when I was 11. I'm so happy to be here."
