    Otago police are investigating a bullying incident at a school in Oamaru


    The ODT's reporting three boys are accused of a waterboarding incident involving a fourth boy - all of them boarders at St Kevin's College.

    Acting Senior Sergeant Blair Wilkinson says police are unable to comment further, while the investigation's underway.
