Police believe a barefoot cyclist could hold answers to a suspicious fire in Lower Hutt

Police believe a barefoot cyclist could hold answers to a suspicious fire in Lower Hutt

A block of flats on Hanson Grove, Stokes Valley, were set ablaze early Tuesday morning, leaving one elderly resident fighting for his life.

It follows two previous late night fires at the flats in recent months.

Police say they believe a man on a bike is a witness, and could help in their investigation.
