Charli xcx will "probably" get a mid-facelift

The 33-year-old pop star has a fascination with cosmetic surgery and used to get Botox herself, and she is considering going under the knife in the future to add volume to her cheeks and under-eye area

In a cover interview for Vanity Fair, she said: "I'm always thinking about how I look and what I would change about my face.

On wanting to tweak her face, she continued: "I'm f****** thinking about all the s*** that I could do and pull and stretch and morph on my face, all the time.

"I have to just remind myself that maybe I can't get too sucked into that."

The Sympathy is a Knife singer had to stop getting her Botox done as it was impacting her facial expressions during acting auditions.

    She said: "I miss it."

Charli added: "I did a couple of audition tapes where I had Botox, and my eyebrows were doing that crazy thing when they kind of lift."

Charli has previously faced rumours she's had work done to her face.

In 2024, cosmetic injector Molly Bailey posted an Instagram showing a side-by-side comparison of Charli in 2013 versus 2024, and suggested she may have opted for treatments like an eyebrow lift, lip filler, Botox, and perhaps a rhinoplasty earlier in her career.

Reacting in the comments, Charli said: "Omg I'm obsessed w this s***."

The Boom Clap hitmaker also hinted she uses Botox in 2023, when she quipped: "Need more Botox before accepting any awards tho (sic)."

Elsewhere, Charli insisted it's pointless reacting to fake news about her online.

She said: "If enough people say that it is true on the internet, it becomes the truth."

Asked why she doesn't correct misinformation, she said: "You can't.

    "Fact-checking is dead,"

The Guess singer - who recently hit the headlines over a speculated "feud" with Taylor Swift, with many fans believing the pop megastar's song Actually Romantic on The Life of a Showgirl takes aim at Charli - admits she often overshares in interviews.

She told the magazine: "I have a big mouth, and I say s*** and sometimes it gets me in trouble.

"You seem lovely. But were you trying to get me on your side, so I would reveal more? I don't know."
