    Tom Trbojevic has been named the Manly Sea Eagles' new captain in the wake of Daly Cherry-Evans heading to the Sydney Roosters

    The move comes after the 29-year-old signed a one-year extension with the NRL club last month, through to the end of the 2027 season.

    Trbojevic beat out his brother and former New South Wales captain Jake to the permanent role.
