    Meanwhile, Ngapuhi's is getting back Northland's historic Kororipo Pa - in the Kerikeri Basin


    Legislation's passing in Parliament today - after three years of negotiations between the Crown and Ngati Rehia.

    The pa site will transfer to Te Runanga o Ngati Rehia Trust on January 23 - and retain its historic reserve status.

    Treaty Negotiations Minister Paul Goldsmith says advancing Treaty settlement negotiations with Ngapuhi groups remains a priority.

    NZ First had signalled it wanted a single Ngapuhi settlement.
