    Thick black smoke from a house fire is rising across Chatswood, on Auckland's North Shore


    Photos show smoke rising from a home, and a large hole visible in the roof.

    One local's posted on Facebook reporting seeing at least three fire engines, five ambulance vehicles and four police cars along Mokoia Road.
