    Warriors chief executive Cameron George will stay out of any bid to retain Shaun Johnson beyond the end of this NRL season

    The 33-year-old veteran halfback's yet to confirm his future but has indicated he's open to staying on.

    George has told Jason Pine the signing of James Fisher-Harris could play a factor, and he's leaving it up to coach Andrew Webster.
