A welcome surprise for New Zealand's meat sector: Donald Trump's removed the additional 15-percent tariff on our beef

The US President's signed an executive order cancelling tariffs on a wide range of US food imports, including New Zealand beef and kiwifruit.
The US is our number one export market for beef.
Beef and Lamb New Zealand Chair Kate Acland says the beef industry can now ramp back up, because the tariffs have cost it a lot.
She says around $300-million a year was estimated to be lost.
