    The man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk has appeared in court in the US


    Lawyers for Tyler Robinson have asked the court to disqualify prosecutors for an alleged conflict of interest.

    22-year-old Robinson is charged with aggravated murder over the shooting of Kirk which happened last year at a Utah Valley University speaking event.

    It's reported his legal team alleges the Utah County Attorney's Office has a conflict of interest because the child of a prosecutor was at the same university event.
