The Crusaders are set to be without prop Tamaiti Williams for three rounds of Super Rugby Pacific

Williams was cited for what was deemed a reckless or dangerous ruck clean out during Saturday's win over the Chiefs.

An attempt to clear him of wrongdoing was unsuccessful.

An initial six-week penalty was reduced three but could drop back to two, if he passes the necessary exams at tackle school.
