    A man's charges over a woman's death at Raumati Beach - have been upgraded to murder


    Police rushed to the Kapiti Coast property on February 8 - and found the woman dead at the scene.

    The 24-year-old man accused had his first appearance at the Porirua District Court today.

    He has been remanded in custody to reappear in the High Court at Wellington at a later date.
