A specific batch of Steinlager Ultra Low Carb beer is being recalled due to individual bottles in some 24-packs being incorrectly labelled as alcohol free

New Zealand Food Safety deputy director-general Vincent Arbuckle says this recall will be concerning for a range of consumers for medical, cultural or lifestyle reasons.

Boxes with a best before date of October 21 this year are being recalled.

Lion says it will be conducting a full investigation into how the error occurred.
