WorkSafe is investigating the death of a man on Auckland's North Shore last night

They believe machinery was involved in the accident at a facility on Unity Drive in Rosedale, just after 7.30pm.

Worksafe has been notified of two other cases in South Auckland last night -- including one in which a worker's fingers were caught in machinery - and another involving a forklift.
