    An unofficial Rugby World Cup is being proposed next year, with claims it could raise up to 500 million dollars for a financially beleaguered game


    New Zealand and other top nations would square off, just two years after South Africa dethroned the All Blacks in Japan.

    The matches would be staged in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and force the Lions tour of South Africa to be postponed.

    Cricket Wellington's looking to remove the financial barriers of playing club cricket post Covid-19.

    They've removed all team affiliation fees for the upcoming summer, meaning there'll be no costs for clubs to enter their competitions.

    Maya Hahn feels she's well suited to German football.

    The former New Zealand under-17 international has switched allegiance through her father and has attended three training camps with the German under-20 side.

    Hahn says she felt instantly at home.
