    Now Todd Payten's out of the equation, speculation turns to his successor.

    Former Kiwis captain Hugh McGahan says former Penrith and Brisbane mentor Anthony Griffin might be suitable, on the proviso the club wants to develop rather than recruit their core playing roster.

    Alternatively he's suggested going back to brothers Ben and Shane Walker, who have had success at second-tier level with the Ipswich Jets in Queensland.
